Step 2: Squeeze the lemon and store its juice in another bowl.

Step 3: After one hour, you will notice a gel-like an appearance on the Chia seeds. Take one container and pour one litre of water, along with soaked Chia Seeds and Lemon juice.

Step 4: Store it in your refrigerator and consume after chilled.

To experience great results, consume two drinks a day, for a week.

  • At Morning during Fasting.
  • At Night, Before dinner.

2. Apple, honey, flax seed with chia seed for colon cleanse

For making this juice, you will need,

  • Chia Seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Apple – 1
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Flax Seed – 1 Tablespoon (Grounded)
  • Water – 1 cup

Preparation :

Step 1:

Take a blender and add apple, honey, and ground flax seed. Add some water for smooth blending.

Step 2:

Add the blended juice to a cup and add Chia seeds to it.

Step 3:

Keep stirring the juice until you notice the Chia seeds have expanded.

You can consume this drink 1-2 times a day for a week.
